Really good Hospitality and Prime Location

The location is central. It is within easy walking distance to main attractions. The staff were attentive to all needs. They provided prompt and courteous service. My room was super clean upon arrival. It had thoughtful amenities and a refined atmosphere.
The absence of readily available power sockets near the desk proved inconvenient. I had to search for an outlet to charge my mobile. A recycling bin was also missing from the room. This is unusual in a modern hotel.

impressed with my recent visit

i found the hotel to have a fantastic location near many attractions. the staff seemed friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. the complimentary water and chocolate in my room each day was a very welcome touch. i also appreciated the spaciousness of the family room and its two bathrooms.
my room had very few power sockets above desk level , requiring me to search for one underneath the desk. this was quite inconvenient in today's world.

the location was acceptable, it allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
My family room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. I found some trash and a few hairs in the bathroom. also, the noise from the street below was more disruptive than anticipated. It made getting a good night's sleep difficult, especially with children.
